'Atypical' Antidepressants for Bipolar Disorder

Newer "atypical" antidepressants work differently than other available
antidepressants. Currently, none are approved by the FDA to treat bipolar
depression. But some evidence suggests they may play a role in treating
depression in bipolar disorder.
