Chat Registration Tutorial

To sign up for our Free Social Network and create your first journal or blog, follow these steps.

1. From the RealMentalHealth.com main home page menu or the social network main menu, click [Chat] or go directly to www.realmentalhealth.com/chat/default.asp
   


2. On the very top right of the screen, on the top menu bar click [Register]
   
   
   
   
3. On the Chat Registration page enter the following:
   
   
   
   
   • User: Your desired chat screen name. Once you enter this screen name, you will not be able to change it.
   • Password: Enter your password.
   • Re-password: Enter your password again.
   • Enter your email address.
   
   
4. When completed, click [Register].

(note: if you don't see the registration button, increase the size of your window.)

Troubleshooting

• Chatrooms Web page -- To access our chatrooms directly, go to: www.realmentalhealth.com/chat/default.asp
  


• Don't see the Registration Button? -- If you registered for your chat user name and you did not see a [Register] button to submit your user information, in most cases, you need to increase the size of the chat registration web page or window to make it larger or full screen. To maximize your window to Full Screen, double-click on the window title bar, press [F11]or click View, Full Screen or use your mouse to resize your window.



• Can't Log-in -- Your chat user name is NOT "case sensitive" and can be entered in either upper or lower case letters. Your chat password is "case sensitive" and MUST be entered in the upper and lower case letters you used when registering. (Example: mypassword, MYPASSWORD, MyPassword)
  


• Adobe Flash Player -- Our chatrooms use the Adobe Flash Player. If you are not able to view the chatrooms on your screen, try downloading and installing the most recent Adobe Flash Player for your operating system and browser version.
  
  
  


• Firefox Browser -- If you are using your browser and are unable to view our chatrooms, you may want to try downloading and installing the free Fire Fox Browser ( Download Here ).
